How to obtain a copy
Unfortunately, this proceedings book is one of the most elusive
publications in all of origami! As of this writing, not one library in
all of the USA has it, and the only people I know who have copies bought
them either in Japan or directly from the editor.
If you are desperate to get a copy, I suggest that you first try
contacting
a Japanese bookseller and ask them.
If that doesn't work, try pestering your country's major
origami organization.
(Look at Joseph Wu's origami page for a listing of origami organizations:
www.origami.vancouver.bc.ca/)
If that doesn't work, you can email me (thull@merrimack.edu)
and ask if I have any further information.
